Brief analysis of top institutions ranking variations (QS Ranking)


MIT showed the least variability with its position consistently at No. 1 from 2012 - 2020.
The overall position was arranged according to 2020 position. The shorter the bar, the higher the overall position of the institution.



Stanford University showed consistent improvement overall.  Cambridge showed gradual decline during the time period. Overall, the top 5 positions were dominated by the same universities for the last 4 years (MIT, Stanford, Harvard, Caltech and Oxford)
